They asked about management experience and approach to managing teams, though this wasn't at all a management role, and it wasn't mentioned previously in the job spec or by the recruiter. This was one of the questions that wasn't relevant and definitely threw me even though I have plenty of experience managing teams.

They asked about my motivations, expectations, reasons for wanting to cross over into Instructional Design from education, and were interested in what it was that I thought I could do at AIHR. There were a few tricky questions, but upon answering, it didn't feel so much like a trick, more of an opportunity to show how much I could grow - perhaps I'm just optimistic!
