No questions. She just showed up and wanted to chit-chat, which again made me feel like she wasn't serious about my candidacy at all.

These positions are chosen from the instructional aide exam which is two hours long. The online example is different from questions asked in that, the exam is more focused on the IEP process.
How do you change the hearts and minds of teachers?
To test your communication they will ask some stupid quesitons
None, in my opinion.
The interviews were very informal, and the questions were leading. I didn't feel unprepared for any of the questions asked.
