If someone came to you with a new product, and there are no experts on the product, no one knows or has knowledge about the product, there are no SME's, how would you assess that training is needed? And what would be your design process.
The first one is more a conversation than an interview. There was no structure.
In the assignment I had designed there was an alternative answer I had not considered. I took me by surprise.
I wouldn't say there were any difficult questions. The questions were easy for me to answer. The questions were like: "Describe for me the process you follow to develop a course." Or, "Tell me about a time you had an unresponsive SME and how did you deal with that situation." Those kind of things.
Have you ever worked with children before?
Previous experience in school, age range of students, examples of problem dealing with student instruction, examples of multi-tasking, how would I deal with a student acting out.
