During one of my face-to-face interviews, I was told that I approach design and development like the Company does. I was called by HR about 2 days later and told I was not getting a job offer because I didn't approach design and development in a manner that the Company likes.

I was asked a lot of scenario-based questions. I don't remember the exact scenarios, but I liked the questions because it gave me an indirect look at some of the situations I'd potentially be in while employed at the company.
