Q: How do you handle a difficult personality?
It was rather disorganized. At one point I was asked a rather random question that had nothing to do with my role and asked if I would feel comfortable doing it.
I was asked to design 2 different types of technical training. I was asked a lot about what I would do differently, how would I measure effectiveness, how would I accommodate an aging workforce

Not actually about the interview but the process. Be sure to "keyword up" your resume - I was 'reviewed and rejected' within 5 minutes. I met all the requirements but was not even remotely considered. The time span was 5 minutes from the thank you for applying email to the rejection email.
