Having commenced in your new role, you are required to share a presentation to a panel of key stakeholders from Product, Student Experience and Systems Groups, that demonstrates how you will manage the end-to-end product development of a MicroSkill within TAFE NSW. You will be asked to deliver this presentation to the panel and answer questions regarding the information you have presented. In your presentation please include or consider: • What strategies would you use to manage various stakeholder’s expectations to deliver a quality product? • What key factors and priorities did you/would you take into consideration when developing a product for a large organisation? • What do you think are the key challenges in the digital development of this product and how do you plan to overcome these? • How would you define the successful implementation of a quality product and how will you utilize your past experience in meeting this demand?
