(school, college, degree, etc) how's would you....deal with difficult behaviour in classroom, give example? how would you promote, or encourage? how would you bla bla bla (all classroom management stuff) subject questions may be asked (but they have no experience in the subject) they may understand (english department little, or vocational subjects like IT a little) but for any other subjects the college is recruiting for, you can talk so much rubbish and get the job. they have no one fully qualified or experienced in other subjects the college offers.
