They ask some "example" questions related to sales and retail. As long as you've actually done one or the other, the questions aren't hard.

They asked the questions you would expect about my background, especially since I was coming from a different industry. Some of the other questions I remember were about my approach to changing work processes, dealing with challenging situations with customers, etc.
