Must understand the company and who it provides services to.
All interview questions seemed pretty standard. I talked about my experience and how I'd be a good fit for the position and company. It was more of a discussion than a question/answer with my manager.
The most difficult part of the interview is trying to understand what exactly the company actually does and how their operations work. You may have one idea, but might be surprised to learn it isn't really how it works once you get hired. You might get caught off guard by coding questions for SQL or excel VBA is you're more advanced. But, also don't forget they'll probably want you to have some knowledge of retail terminology, especially inventory and replenishment terminology, and different types of sales report/business terminology and equations that deal with time, sales, inventory, replenishment, etc. If you understand sales reports, edi's, excel report generation using VBA and SQL and retail manufactures, especially for sporting goods companies, you'll be well on your way to getting a job here.
All competency based.
Easy, killed interviews. For anyone with skill your fine, hr has been trained but doesn't have tech experience. Maybe worry about the initial phone one first. Its a new grad with no idea that is just judging on personality (say you love tech and diff causes and your a hipster and your in).
