The question that impressed me the most was when I was asked how trust is important in a product. That question launched into a great conversation that was very telling of the culture at Salesforce. Otherwise there were a lot of questions about my process, how I interact with a team and how I made various decisions.

Why did you show us this project if you are unhappy with the outcome? What are some of your recent projects?
Previous work history, personal info, problem solving skills, sales experience...etc
I had to go through a few past projects. One of the team also asked me to solve a question.
No difficult or unexpected questions, they just asked about process and maybe a few scenarios.
There was an emphasis on effective communication and influencing stakeholders, so I was asked to talk about relevant experience demonstrating those skills.
There were easy questions about mostly android based softwares&hardwares.
