I had three different interviews and everyone was extremely nice to me.
Why should we hire you.
First round with a superior (probably director role) asked about the experience, type of work that I do, current company details, reason for the change, what do you expect from SalesForce, why SalesForce & other details. Second round is with the technical panel with 3 people related to Front end frameworks, Ajax functionality, Sql, content management related questions & other technical stuff.
Very standard relating to what the role was; how my background was the right fit for it or not. It became clear in the interview, I didn't have the right combo of experience. Even so, the hiring managers were super respectful and nice on the call!
