What do you think our process should be?
It depends. HR asked me to go through my resume, managers were interested in my previous experiences. One Senior Manager tried to figure out my timeline from 2012 to 2019 (I quit my first job to do master, which confused her somehow). Partner is more interested in have a casual conversation with me, or know more about me as a person so to speak.
The questions were pretty straight-forward, nothing difficult or unexpected. I think the interview was more personality-based.
