I don't think there were some difficult or unexpected questions. They want to find someone who has the expertise of internal auditing and at the same time fit their team.
I was asked how i would behave in this or that situation, also they wanted to know about my background, life story and, specially, the way i see things in the work environment.
What challenges do u face?
Mostly about Team integration. i think your soft skill and cultural compatibility is more important to OVO than your technical skills and talent. Not bad, Different things works for different employers. Nice experience though!
Depending on the position you are applying for, you may do a case study for at least one part of your interview.
