I was asked why I think I am right for this job. They wanted to see my ability to learn quickly and service quickly their products with clients or their outside sales force. Can I handle a fast paced work environment? What are my best phone sales skills and why? Where do I see myself in 5 years? What was a tough sales situation witnessed in the past and how did I handle it? Do I see myself as a team player and share a past example. They looked for work/life balance and asked about my hobbies or personal interests outside of the work place.
