To be fair, that's probably a good thing as they are very demanding whilst being totally inflexible. Expect minimum working hours to be from 9am-9pm, with little to no freedom to do something in the evening and pick up work afterwards or to work from home (or abroad) on certain occasions. Quite the opposite side of the spectrum of most startups.
