Why do you think you perfect for this role?
I was asked questions about budgeting, where looking back the answer should have been something like "insufficient information to answer this question." I felt a little tricked and ended up giving a stupid answer.
Although the tests seemed straightforward, the manager found a litany of errors in my response. Later I learned that "nobody does well on those tests" and that they are not crucial to the process.
They will try to get your answer in 2 days! Take as much time as you need since there are training sessions every month!! They are just trying to exercise Urgency on you!
nothing technical easy
I was asked if I knew anyone at a specific telecom in another country. When I said I didn't he asked me to detail how I would establish a partnership with that telecom.
They focus on "group dynamics/how you interact with the group" even though you work in a group of TWO when you get the job.
