It was about a 45 minute interview that consisted primarily of generic interview questions, such as "Tell me a little about yourself."... "where do you see yourself in 5 years?"... "Why do you want this job?"... "How would you describe your organizational skills?" There were a few questions that were of the more thoughtful variety, including a question about my thoughts on racial inequality in the criminal justice system.
