First interview - I was asked many questions on the first interview, did a test, then had to defend that test to people from the team I'm applying for and then defend them in front of the boss. It was tiring and unnecessary. They grill you for information and then they discard you because somebody else asked for less money. Second interview I talked about 40 minutes with HR on the phone only to be rejected several days later because I would again ask for "too much money". Just face that you're applying for a fintech project with outsourcing center culture.
Telephone questions were easy; research questions were difficult and very specific to the job.
