Ed Jones will ask you for your birthday and Social Security number prior to the first interview. They will also ask you for your tax returns & a background check. I can understand some of this but typically employers don't ask for birthday & SSN before the first phone interview. Then, if you go further they want your tax returns (or W2s) from past years. That seems a little too invasive. They seems to want to know a lot about the candidate but they don't give much information in the process. Stay away!
