The most difficult thing we discussed was remuneration. They said thwre wer two otions: permanent contract, with salary below the market median, and a contractor approach, for which they were supposed to have a higher budget.

One question was about being OK with upheaval and turmoil. The Hiring Manager indicated that there was constant change in the company and that they are just beginning to get their act back together, and was I OK with that. She said, if I disliked change and turmoil I would not like it there.
