As a non-profit Christian organization they asked me directly about my faith in Christ and how it impacts my daily life and work. Be prepared for this line of questioning in addition to specific work experience questions.
Most of the questions are behavioral type questions, that aim to understand my style of managing projects and programs. There are also some technical questions as well.
