HR interview: 10 min personality test, in depth questions related to the points from the resume submitted; Talent recruiters from HR were very pleasant and the interview lasted for 1 hour Technical interview: going through the resume with additional questions regarding the project management approach; questions were based on some examples from previous experience; Delivery director tried to understand my approach in different situations; she was very pleasant and the interview lasted approx 2 hours;
Questions were technical regarding to my job level.
Hiring manager didnt show up until the last 10 minutes of the hour and ended up asking me why Netflix is doing well.
AA section was too much - asked to plan SQL DB scheme of the fly, create distributes message queue and log analyser. That was quit fun, but not for manager role.
