They asked me about my previous experience as a technician and how I handle challenging service calls in the field.
the HR representative took over the interview and asked me a lot more questions than the Desk Support Manager, who should have been the one who recruited someone to help her. It was an hour and thirty-five minutes long. I think I responded to maybe 20 of their questions. They agreed to update me early next week and provide the agent with their evaluation of my performance during the interview as soon as possible. But regrettably, that never happened.
They asked me about dealing with difficult users who could not get the help they wanted
Tech quesrions were really basic 1) what command do you use to see internet configs on a windows system 2) what external device can you use to connect a device to WiFi 3) what connectivity test can you perform from command line on a windows machine Basic stuff like that.
Nothing taxing but did ask "Why Richemont". That was it.
