About my work background, VMware Vsphere, What do you do when you first install a server? Customer skills and all that. Its is almost as if the interviews are just for formalities. They have already have their chosen candidates already. Just a waste of time. If you are of indian native you have a better chance of working in there. All other native back to the line because both hiring managers are indians. Look elsewhere and forget about working for a company where nepotism is very high.
