Basic interview crap. Expect nothing special.
Very little was asked of my technical skills and experience. This was odd as seeing how there was no way to gauge my abilities if not asked.
Give an example of something that went wrong, what you did to fix this and what the outcome was.
The in person interview was very conversational. Part was getting to know ASL about the job and current departmental situation and goals. The other part was chatting about various business technologies, and processes. It was much more conversational then Q&A.
Biggest Strength; biggest weakness; name a time you dealt with a difficult employee/ customer, how did you handle the situation;
Unknown questions I was not aware of that technology lol... whereas I had worked on many technologies but none of the questions was asked from that, or it seems my CV was not reviewed before the interview or the interview was just a formality?
