I was asked a scenario based question on how I would deal with a situation. Two people come to me with a problem at the same time, one was finance regarding a payrole problem and the other was a board member who had problems printing a board pack for a meeting which was taking place imminently.
About technical skills etc and customer skills
Questions were all about how you are as a person. It's a role that is all about your soft skills. Maybe now they ask a bit about your troubleshooting experience and what you look to be as an actual career.
