In first part there were a lot of questions in tests. On the second it was a standard assessment process with a given case to work with: they gave us some story with the context and suddenly our car in fire in the middle of highway. The question: what would you take name in an order and tell why considering all the context. We worked in a group of 5 candidates presenting and defending our solution. After defence assessors interviewed us individually asking behavioral questions like "how do you evaluate you as a team player? how do you think others performed? what could be done better?" etc
