they ask more than what is expected in the role. so dont think interview was soo deep hence position is critical.
I had 2 business cases. The 2 business cases where inspired from a real-world example that they were at that time trying to solve. The 2 cases where related to the implementation of an ERP system. How you would do that? (there you need to structure your problem with drivers) How would you solve the fragmentation between all the IT systems as we have done a lot of M&A and all the sisters companies have their own ERP. What are the advantages of the Cloud? Then I got also a calculation and had to do some recommendations for the CEO.
