Questions revolved around management style since the Accenture team had to work closely wit the primary's people. Mostly about personal approach and style.

Questions were not specifically about one topic, rather they were "Imagine a situation..." type of questions, like behavioural questions. For example: "Imagine, that your colleague get's sick and you need to replace him for a presentation meeting with a customer. How would you approach this situation?"
