He asked questions about computer issue, stretched more on it about blue screen of death, what will you say to user till the time - system is on upgrade or if we are figuring out issues. Secondly, he asked how will you figure out if internet is not working? What do we call wifi extender? A bit of customer interaction questions. I was not from computer science background and applied for this role, however I found the interviewer rude as someone who doesn’t have knowledge, doesn’t mean they are lesser qualified. We worked on different application, had different area of knowledge, curious learner and keen to expand knowledge in IT that is the reason we are applying for entry level role. Anyways, all the best guys whosoever looking for IT in google :)
