Made it only to written interview and psychometric assessments but I very much do not think that some standardised test based on time do show your true self. Especially for the the type of position I personally found it completely irrelevant to try a 'fits-it-all' test.

Hiring manager asked typical questions about project management and transitioning to a new methodology. Typical psychological questions also were included. Systems managers decided to dig into a project they weren't involved with and why decisions were made (aggressively dug).
Many business cases with specific questions were asked. The STAR method can be used to answer questions since managerial capabilities are being tested.
