you walk in, it's the final interview with top management and you are not successful, then your 1 year interview process will go to waste. He will only gave you one question to be answered in 2 minutes time only. It's a lengthy story where you were given the question only at the end of the story and you were ask to present and justify your answer within 2 minutes time. you need to translate the story into a mathematical model to successfully answer the question, and you wouldn't have time to do a perfect simulation and calculation. thus you need to improvise and analyze as you go along answering the question. your 2 minutes need to be used to think how you would model the question. You will then need to work your model while presenting your answer.
