No questions asked, just automated rejection with no context about 3 months after application with no prior conversation.

What was the hardest challenge you faced?
Never went to the 'digital video' interview. Please HR, get out of the way and let hiring managers talk to candidates directly. A quick phone interview with a hiring manager would have been better than this.
