What was your biggest mistake
How would you change the direction that a Sr. Manager had already set?
I did not find any of the questions during the 3 interviews to be difficult or unexpected. The one question I was glad to hear was in regards to what I am looking for in an employer, what is important to me in order to consider employment with a company.
Pretty much routine of the resume on how people are managed, specific project details
You need to prove to higher management about the cost you are expected.
I would say the situational questions are most difficult as it will tell what kind of a leader/manager you are and how you react to different type of scenarios. It will also pick your brain to be more intuitive and imaginative.
There wasn't any difficult or unexpected questions.
