In the first round, they asked me some questions about Windows OS troubleshooting and some networking stuff. CompTIA A+ materials should be sufficient to answer these questions. 2nd round of interviews was entirely behavioral and it's all about Amazon's leadership principles. Prepare some good stories from your past experience, it could be work or school-related or your personal endeavors.
