I wasn't asked for an interview. The company didn't contact me.
The interviewer didn't really seem to have any idea about the role. There was some basic questions about past roles and discussion about the company itself.

Have you ever dealt with a difficult customer and how did you handle it? Empathy statement How to add an additional email account to iPhone? If I wanted to add my work email account how would I do it? How do I find out the name of the network I'm on?
What would you do in a situation where you are overloaded with tickets and how would you go about it
