Very little was asked of my technical skills and experience. This was odd as seeing how there was no way to gauge my abilities if not asked.
Give an example of something that went wrong, what you did to fix this and what the outcome was.
The in person interview was very conversational. Part was getting to know ASL about the job and current departmental situation and goals. The other part was chatting about various business technologies, and processes. It was much more conversational then Q&A.
