After performing an online personality / IQ test (at home), HR stressed my weaknesses and insisted we discuss on these topics. Stuff like "tell me a situation in the past where you had to do this and that and how did you do it". Also the classic "where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
One question that was asked was how comfortable am I using Linux and Mac OS.
