Standard questions around real life previous projects: how complex they were, how successful they were; with emphasis on demonstrating improvisational skills and/or handling difficult situations.
Standard stuff: Describe how do you develop a web application in Java/JSP. What was your toughest moment as an employee, as a manager. How did you deal with this. What was a challenging technical problem and how did you solve it. Did you ever fire anyone? Describe.
