What was the most difficult project that you've handled in the past?
Describe past experience and they asked to find a solution for given problem using Agile/Scrum.
Questions were very great but not specific//broad enough (2 main questions on challenges faced at my past working places and mostly questioned evidences on how I solved challenges ie quantifying how high are my negotiating skills without a structured metric, quantifying how good i am at...,etc) as I later found out that interviewer wanted to know more than the questions asked, but didn’t ask for in particular and specificity (and was insinuated//labelled for not deliberating or articulating enough about it).
Why do you want to leave my current employer?
From 1 - 10 how well do you know MS Project? How many baselines can you have in MS Project? What type of dependencies between tasks can you set in MS Project? What are the advantages for MS Project Server?
