Hands on scenarios with a question to present a possible solution. I believe the interviewers were looking not just for a correct answer but also rationale behind troubleshooting steps and overall ability to approach and solve problems.

Why should we hire you?
Basically the questions are your typical "would you do this" or "how does this make you feel". If you've done an Amazon interview then you've done the first 3 assessments. The last two however are really jarring, and honestly I think a bit much for someone who's going to be remoting into computers and making sure employee's are awake and doing their job. So if you've ever tried to become a Police Officer or applied for a security clearance, then the last two assessments aren't going to be an issue for you.
