Nothing terribly difficult. Interview seemed intended to gauge demeanor for speaking to candidates, prior experience in recruiting, and general knowledge about IT and finance.

What kinds of roles have you previously sourced for? What were the metrics you were typically judged on? How do you go about attracting talent for roles where the competitors are more prolific companies/offer more in compensation or benefits?
Nothing to hard. Again they did not seem very prepared. Mainly wanted to know what my production numbers were. How many people had I had on billing? What was my highest GP, etc...
