They asked me the same behavioral questions for both interviews ,as to why I wanted to join IBM.

Quite comfortable interviews actually. If you've already worked 5 or 6 years in the applying area, all of the questions would not be a problem to you. Btw, the interviewer actually ask a lot of details according to my CV, every work experience. I'll get back with more informations when I go further. Well, it seems that I have to select the outcome of the interview to post this experience... Well, I'll choose "NO" first, since I have to meet the bigger boss for the next round
