The java based coding challenge
They had me take an aptitude test which apparently I scored really well on, but there were errors in their own test which meant that the questions they were asking me were impossible to answer correctly.
They were all behavioural (i.e. describe a time where you disagreed with an employee in a previous job).

All of the questions I was asked my 2-3 rounds of Interviews were 100% Business related. So be advised they want to know how you can help them move forward as a company "at least that's what they say" They are going to just ask about your past experiences. Just be advised, know one who interviews is technical.
