How do you handle conflict
Situation: work – customer complaint against a member of staff. The customer concerned complained that my employee had been disrespectful to him and as a result he was cancelling his order and he would not deal with our company in the future. Task: to investigate the customer complaint and understand the problem fully, to find a solution that would not result in the loss of a good customer, whilst supporting my employee.
