The interview with the HR had both personal questions about my studies and a lot of questions about the tech industry in Italy.
There is a total of 3 rounds. Round 1: Was asked about my current domain. Why product management? Describe how ETA is calculated in apps like Zomato before clicking the order button. Situation-type questions related to product management. How my current domain can be used in the PM role? If the search bar has to be customized in a different way what would you add? Overall round 1 was good. The interviewer asked good questions keeping in mind my current background and knowing that I had no prior PM experience. Round 2: They give an assignment that has to be given in 3 days. Round 3 (Final): Similar to 1st round. Expect basic SQL. Describe how ETA is calculated in apps like Zomato before clicking the order button. What is MVP? It was a one-hour interview but it got done in 15 mins. The interviewer looked disinterested. The HR recruiter is good and understanding, and schedules interviews well. Though I was rejected, their mail said they would provide feedback on how we performed and what could have been better done but despite reminder emails by me asking them for feedback, no response was given.
