The questions were about organizational and technical experience and knowledge. There were no wrong answers and I was encouraged to speak my mind, ask questions and share my past experiences. The interview ended with a detailed presentation of the product, its architecture and its history. A day later I was contacted by the HR department and was asked about administrative details. Two days after that I got a last technical interview with the CTO of the company.
