The assessment centre was for two days. First day was full day and involves several activities i.e. intro to Weatherford, icebreaker, manufacturing site visit, group activities, product line introduction, speech presentation etc. Second day was half day which is a one-on-one interview and a case study. The interview was focused on behavioural questions.
