I was asked a range of questions regarding my experiences, my degree, my interest in the company and their games etc. I was also asked what I believe are the key traits of a Q.A techician and how I would test a game for bugs and so on. There were four people interviewing me, two of which were from HR (one of them an intern - best of luck to him!) and two from senior management including the Q.A manager. All of them were well informed and made me feel comfortable. The Q.A manager especially had a strong knowledge and encouraged me to elaborate on my answers and show my depth of knowledge which was great. The female interviewer from the HR team was highly informative and told me all about the job, the contract, the hours and so on. She answered all of my questions and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted at the end which was really helpful. At the end of the interview, which had a calm and collected atmosphere, she told me that they would get in touch with me within a week or two but if I needed an answer sooner than I would be welcome to email the HR team - this was a welcome gesture. The same day I was offered the position, the HR team were incredibly swift and supportive throughout.
