For the business case : general case with broad questions about how to implement X change at a company, or how to solve X problematic for a client (be it financial, HR, employer branding, etc.) 15 minutes of individual prep time followed by 1 hour of group prep and finally a short mock group presentation given to the client with your recommendations.
